This combination of melatonin, sour cherry, valerian, lemon balm, and passionflower supports sleep and relaxation. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, while niacin and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 also supports the regulation of hormone activity – for restful nights and a sense of inner balance.
